TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Structure
Foundation: 3.9-inch-high metal base designed to provide optimal stability and prevent the polycarbonate panels from coming into contact with the ground.
Frame Profiles: Heavy-duty Omega profiles measuring 3.1 inches wide and 0.04 inches thick for enhanced structural strength.
Reinforced Arches: Every other arch is reinforced to provide greater resistance throughout the year, including during winter, without requiring seasonal disassembly.
Ground Anchoring: Each arch is anchored approximately 13.8 inches into the ground for maximum stability.
Fasteners: The structure is assembled using M5 bolts to keep every component securely in place.
Sealing: Rubber seals protect the polycarbonate channels from dust, dirt, and debris.
Expandable Design: The tunnel greenhouse can be extended beyond 98 feet using the 6.6 ft Extension Kit. Multiple extensions can be combined according to your growing needs.
Polycarbonate Panels
Thickness: Choose between 4 mm (5/32 in.) twin-wall polycarbonate for mild and moderate climates, or 6 mm (1/4 in.) twin-wall polycarbonate for colder and harsher climates.
Panel Reinforcement: The panels are securely held in place using M5 bolts and 1.6-inch-diameter plastic washers.
Weather Resistance: The tunnel greenhouse is impact- and hail-resistant while providing effective thermal insulation.
Light Transmission: Translucent twin-wall polycarbonate provides approximately 85% light transmission. The panels are treated to resist yellowing and maintain long-lasting brightness and clarity.
UV Protection: Built-in UV stabilizers help protect your plants from direct exposure to harmful sunlight.
Base & Installation
Foundation: A 3.9-inch-high steel base is included.
Installation: Designed for straightforward assembly with a detailed instruction manual included.
Doors & Windows: One front door and two manually operated windows—one at the front and one at the rear—provide optimal ventilation. Additional windows can be installed as needed.

No expertise needed. Your greenhouse comes with illustrated step-by-step instructions and only requires common household tools.
Prepare the base
Level the ground, place the metal base plate and secure the arches to the foundation.
Assemble the frame
Click and screw the frame together, place the stakes in the ground, then fill the holes and pack the soil firmly.
Install the panels
Polycarbonate panels slide into the profiles and are held in place by the sealing joints.
Add door & windows
Hang the door and install the two roof vents. Your greenhouse is ready to grow.

No concrete slab required. The arches anchor directly into the ground and the metal base plate ensures stability. A concrete slab or footings remain an option if you prefer, especially in very windy areas.
