"Starting at" reflects the smallest available size. Ridge heights shown as a range where they vary by configuration. The Manor and The Estate are T-shaped and U-shaped, so their floor areas come from the manufacturer's drawings rather than width multiplied by length. Every model uses 4 mm tempered safety glass with sliding doors, roof ventilation, gutters and an anchoring base kit included, is rated to 115 mph winds and 48 PSF of snow load (about 4.5 ft of snow), and is covered by a 12-year structural warranty. No full concrete slab required. The greenhouse sits on a flat, stable surface with the four corners anchored - ideally set in concrete. Concrete footings or pads are also an option, especially in very windy areas. For The Manor and The Estate, a level foundation is essential given their scale.
Not at all, but plan a real project rather than an afternoon. Two people and common household tools are enough, with pre-cut labeled profiles and illustrated step-by-step instructions. Count 2 to 3 days for The Retreat, The Cottage and The Residence, and 5 to 7 days for the larger Manor and Estate. Professional installation is also available if preferred.
Yes. The reinforced aluminum structure and 4 mm tempered safety glass are engineered to withstand demanding weather conditions, with a wind rating of up to 115 mph and 48 PSF of snow load, about 4.5 ft of snow. The tempered glass resists hail without cracking or clouding.
Yes. Tempered safety glass is up to 7 times more impact-resistant than standard horticultural glass. If it does break under extreme impact, it shatters into small, non-sharp pieces - making it much safer and more durable, especially against hail.
Maintenance is minimal. The aluminum frame does not rust and wipes clean with soapy water. The glass panels wash like standard windows, inside and out, to keep light transmission at its best throughout the seasons.
